Happy Friday everyone! This week’s recipe comes just in time for Thanksgiving in a few weeks. If you aren’t a big fan of pie, or just want to do something a little different for Thanksgiving this year, this is the perfect recipe! This cinnamon apple crisp is super easy to make and tastes delicious too! Here’s how to make it:
First, crush your cinnamon graham crackers very finely.
Melt the butter and mix them together. Save out half of the mixture to use later. Press the rest of the crumbs into the bottom of an 8 in. square pan.
Next, peel and cut the apples into thin slices (I ended up with about 6 cups of apples).
Then mix the flour and sugar with the apples (I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon also).
Pour the apples into the pan and spread evenly. Then sprinkle the top with the crumbs you saved out at the beginning.
Bake at 400 °F for 40-50 min. Enjoy!
