Fantasy Fudge

Happy Friday everyone! This week’s recipe is one for something that I have been hesitant to make before. But this recipe is both easy and delicious! This week is all about fudge! In the past, I have been a little hesitant to make fudge because I have been told that it is very complex and technical. However, this recipe is incredibly easy and makes delicious fudge! I hope you all enjoy it as much as my family and I did!

Here is what you will need:

Pour the sugar, evaporated milk, and margarine in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat stir in chocolate and marshmallows until completely melted.  Add nuts (optional) and vanilla.

Pour into a buttered 9×13 pan and let cool.

Fantasy Fudge (makes 3 lbs.)

  • 3 cups sugar
  • ¾ cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package of chocolate chips (11.5 oz.)
  • 1 package marshmallows (16 oz.)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until completely melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9×13 pan.
