Happy Friday everyone! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday. I know I did! This week’s recipe is the perfect treat for this holiday season. This week’s recipe is for Puffed Rice Balls! These balls are the perfect treat to bring to any holiday party and are very easy to make. Here’s how to make them:
Puffed Rice Balls
Cook to firm ball
Remove from heat and add
Pour over 2 6 oz. packages of puffed rice. Stir and form into balls.
Quick tip: Keep a bowl of cold water next to you while you are shaping the rice into balls. The mixture will still be VERY HOT so if you get your hands wet first, it will keep them from being burned and the rice won’t stick to your hands as badly.
