Afton’s Dessert

Happy Friday everybody! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week! This week’s recipe is one of the easiest recipes I have made so far. It only has three ingredients and it tastes super delicious once it’s finished. The recipe is called Afton’s Dessert and is very similar to a cobbler. Here is how to make it:

You will need: 1 boxed cake mix (yellow or white), 2 21 oz. cans of pie filling, and 2 cubes of butter. IMG_0924Pour the pie filling into the bottom of a 9×13 pan (not greased). IMG_0925Then sprinkle the dry cake mix on top of the pie filling. IMG_0926Finally, pour the melted butter on top of the cake mix. IMG_0927Bake for 40 minutes at 350° F. Let cool and enjoy!IMG_0928
