Chicken Rolls

Happy Sunday everybody! I hope that everyone has had a wonderful week. This week I have a really tasty recipe for you. These chicken rolls (the name sounds much less appetizing than they are) were pretty easy to make and are the perfect solution to use up any leftover turkey or chicken you might have. Here’s how to make them:

You will need: cream cheese, chicken (or turkey), pepper, salt, mushrooms, butter, breadcrumbs, and crescent rolls.IMG_1116

First, combine the chicken, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and mushrooms and mix together well. IMG_1117 IMG_1118Then roll out the crescent rolls and fill each roll with the chicken mixture. IMG_1119Roll the dough around the filling and dip in melted butter. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
