Peach Cobbler

Happy Friday everybody!  To begin with, I am changing my update day back to Friday.  So expect to see updates every Friday from now on.  This week, to celebrate the end of summer, I thought I would share with you one of my very favorite summer desserts.  This weeks recipe is peach cobbler.  I love peach cobbler, especially when it is cooked in a dutch oven.  Unfortunately, it isn’t always practical to make peach cobbler in a dutch oven.  Luckily, I have a recipe to make peach cobbler in the oven!  Here is how to make it:

You will need: canned peaches, cake mix, butter, and cinnamon.

First, dump the peaches in the bottom of a 9×13 pan.  IMG_1478Then pour the cake mix on top.  IMG_1479Slice the butter and place on top of the cake mix.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  IMG_1480Bake at 350° F for 40 minutes.  IMG_1481Serve with ice cream and enjoy!IMG_1482
