Fizzy Jello

Happy Friday everybody! This week I am sharing with you one of my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes.  This fizzy jello is really easy to make and is a fun addition to any meal.  Here is how to make it:

First, dissolve the jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water for at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.  Then refrigerate for 15 minutes.  Next, gently add 2 1/2 cups cold club soda/sparkling water and cover (I covered my bowl with a plate).  Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.  Then stir gently for a few seconds.  Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.  Enjoy!
