Happy Friday everybody! This week I have a recipe for a really easy chicken parmesan Alfredo dinner. This dinner takes less than an hour to make and is both delicious and healthy. Here is how to make it:
First, combine 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water to make and egg wash and bread crumbs and shredded parmesan cheese for the breading. Coat your chicken in the egg wash and bread crumbs and bake at 400° F for 30 minutes.
While your chicken is cooking, cook your pasta and make your sauce. I sautéed some green onions before adding my sauce and some spinach.
Once the sauce is warm, add your noodles and coat them evenly. Then slice your chicken, place it on top of the noodles and enjoy!
