Happy Friday everybody! This week I have the recipe for the crepes that I made in last weeks video. This will not be a step by step post like I usually do so make sure to go watch the video from last week for directions on cooking your crepes. Enjoy!
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup flour
Beat eggs and milk and mix well. Combine sugar, salt, and flour. Add to the egg mixture gradually. Cook in a crepe pan or shallow fry pan (don’t forget to spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray).
NOTE: Adding a tablespoon of oil to the batter will help prevent sticking.
