Vanilla Cream

Happy Friday everybody!  This week I have a recipe for vanilla cream.  This cream is really easy to make and would be a great addition to lots of desserts.  Here is how to make it.

Place the heavy cream in the cold bowl of a stand mixer and blend for about 2 minutes. Slowly add the sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth.

Vanilla cream

  • 6 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
